The committee approved a conditional-use permit for Rick's Hobby Farm, a long-running outdoor recreation site at 1439 Highway 65, after staff presented findings showing the facility has operated for more than 20 years and typically hosts one to two events per month during summer with 60–80 attendees. Staff recommended standard permit conditions including downward-directed lighting, adequate on-site parking, and sanitary facilities for attendees.
