The commission approved a final plat to divide 6724 Roper Road into Lot 1 (just over 1 acre) and Lot 2 (over 4 acres); Lot 2 contains a mobile home while Lot 1 is restricted against mobile homes and will be grandfathered on setback nonconformities.

Trussville planning staff presented a final plat to split 6724 Roper Road into two lots; the commission approved the subdivision at its Sept. 14 meeting. Staff said Lot 1 is a little over 1 acre and Lot 2 is over 4 acres; the record shows Lot 2 currently contains a mobile home while Lot 1 was previously restricted to exclude mobile homes.
