A selectboard member identified as Josh briefed the board on ongoing development and grant activity. He said the solar project was progressing and that he had submitted a Housing Opportunity (HOP) grant application for $5,000 to support an ADU outreach event. He also said he had applied for the OZ 2.0 program and hoped to hear by October.
