During public comment, a resident who identified himself as Martin said he has lived in Cooper City 18 years and described ongoing problems at 5320 Southwest 89th Avenue. He told the commission he has repeatedly contacted code enforcement and the sheriff’s office and asked the city to revisit ordinances he believes contain loopholes.
