The Potter County Commissioners awarded the Market Village project sign to Whitetail Media for $135. Commissioners considered three written quotes: Whitetail Media ($135), Campbell Signs and Designs ($475), and Bradco Supply Company ($267.68). Commissioner Nancy Grupp moved to accept the Whitetail Media bid and Commissioner Robert Rossman seconded; the vote was recorded as Grupp yes and Rossman yes.
