Wayne County board approves tax abatements for multiple parcels
The board approved motions Sept. 1 to abate taxes for two groups of parcels: one motion abated current and future taxes on four parcels, and a second motion abated current taxes on seven parcels. Motions were moved and seconded by supervisors and passed unanimously.

The Wayne County Board of Supervisors approved two tax-abatement motions during its Sept. 1 meeting. Chair Chris Moore moved to abate current and future taxes owed to the county for parcels 06240D227001, 06240D227002, 06240D227003 and 06240D22706; the motion was seconded by Supervisor Todd Wilson and passed unanimously.
