Plan Commission approves preliminary PDD to include small Pamperin Place parcel
The commission approved a Preliminary Planned Development District to incorporate Parcel VH-12-9 into the Pamperin Place subdivision, enabling two future lots and completion of the adjacent development; the action was unanimous and the item will return for public hearing when detailed plans are ready.

The Plan Commission approved a Preliminary Planned Development District on Aug. 10 to include Parcel No. VH-12-9 in the Pamperin Place development, allowing the parcel to be combined with future Pamperin Place lands to create two lots. Commissioner Natasha Gwidt moved for approval and Commissioner Dan Kussow seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
