Staff reports rising negative balances and system-level funding shortfalls

A staff member presented the board's financials, reporting changes since the last meeting and naming specific systems in deficit. "As you'll see previously, you had 100 systems in the positive, 9 in the negative...You've noticed that now the negative amount has gone up to 656,000 and your GBI has dropped down to 224,000 roughly," the staff member said.
