The Monroe County Legislature approved referral 26-0176 on June 9, authorizing conveyance of a permanent easement to Henrietta Solar 1 LLC and Henrietta Solar 2 LLC to install underground conduit on county-owned land in the town of Henrietta. The measure passed on a roll-call vote of 20–8.
