The Webster City Council approved the second reading of an ordinance amending the city code (Chapter 46, Article 5, Division 1, Section 46-207). Staff said the changes were part of routine code cleanup and that signs reflecting the updated rule had already been posted, so the ordinance text needed to be corrected to match the on-the-ground signage.
