By motion on Aug. 31 the Texas County commissioners approved ODOT Form 324a authorizing Project Manager Acquisition fees tied to right-of-way acquisitions. The approved amounts were Parcel ½ at $1,500.00 and Acquisition Secured/Condemned Parcel ½ at $1,750.00 with Pinnacle Consulting Management Group Inc.
