The Vernon County Board opened with roll call and confirmed a quorum. A motion to excuse Waller, Pedretti and Nathaniel passed by voice vote. The board then approved the minutes of the January 22, 2026 meeting on a motion by Dave and a second by Martha; the vote carried.
