Board asked to adopt Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates for bond projects
The agenda asked trustees to consider adopting prevailing wage rates published by the U.S. Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. Section 276a et seq.) for the district's 2023 Bond Projects and other construction during the fiscal year.

Agenda item 5.E places before the board a proposed adoption of prevailing wage rates, "with no fringe benefits unless required by law," as published by the U.S. Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. Section 276a et seq.). The adoption would apply to the District's 2023 Bond Projects and any other construction projects authorized during the current fiscal year.
