At the Sept. 8 meeting the Kossuth County Board of Supervisors took the following formal actions: approved the agenda and Sept. 1 minutes; acknowledged transfers of $6,850.63 (General Basic → Secondary Road) and $50,894.91 (Rural Basic → Secondary Road); approved handwritten claims of $17,500 to Dorsey & Whitney LLP and $750 to Northland Bond Services; entered closed session under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i) for an employee evaluation (request by Corey Petersen); approved Resolution #09-08-26-01 to temporarily close specified roads for construction; and continued the DD 116 Lats 12 & 14 public hearing to Oct. 27, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
