Butler recommended purchasing two replacement trucks from Bob Howard Buick GMC for the maintenance department, saying the purchase would replace two vehicles and be paid for with bond funds. "It's really replacing 2 vehicles," Butler said, and added the purchase would be rolled into fleet management and two older vehicles would go to surplus.
