Chair Nicholas Chiusano said that "most towns have the fire dept and building dept. in charge of dumpsters and roll offs," prompting a discussion about which town office should administer dumpster and roll-off permits. Clerk Elizabeth Massa said dumpster regulations are generally covered through building permits related to demolition and that she will reach out to the fire chief to determine whether the department wants to assume permitting responsibility.
