Committee authorizes levy resolution for multiple dedicated millages totaling 1.5121 mills

County staff presented a resolution to authorize the levy of several dedicated property tax millages totaling 1.5121 mills for fiscal 2027. Staff provided a breakdown of the total levy: 0.7332 mills for county corrections and detention (operating and debt service), 0.4857 mills for senior services, 0.0485 mills for veteran services, and 0.2447 mills for Ready by 5 programming. Staff said funds derived from the levy will support those services in the FY27 county budget.
