Staff reported the ADRC prepared six updated job descriptions that accompany a resolution updating the staffing model and amended classifications; the director said the packet will be included with county board materials next Tuesday. The positions listed included supervisor, caregiver/dementia care coordinator (a combined role), community outreach coordinator, financial consultant, finance office manager and administrative assistant. The director said drafting occurred under a tight timeline so the packet could be distributed with the county board materials.
