Morrow County commissioners approved a package of routine actions on Sept. 9, 2023, including the minutes from the Sept. 7 meeting, payment of bills numbered 1–147 and a series of fund transfers and appropriations. The board also authorized a two-month lease between the Carrington Lincoln Schools Board of Education and Morrow County Area Transit and approved contractor pay requests for airport and bridge projects.
