Council adopts developer’s revised Timber Ridge plan, preserves Ridge Road cul‑de‑sac
After extensive public comment from Ridge Road residents, Xenia City Council voted to approve Ordinance 20‑26‑31 adopting the developer’s resubmitted Timber Ridge PUD plan — including two access points on US‑68, an 82‑lot layout, and a 50‑foot no‑disturb buffer — while keeping Ridge Road closed to through traffic.
