The Village of Valparaiso Board of Trustees approved a reconstruction contract with Speece on a motion by Trustee Turnwall, seconded by Trustee Brightenburg. The minutes record the vote as 'YEA: All' and state that staff member Nick is authorized to move forward with the project.
