Downtown Development Board approves FY 2026–27 operating budget on first reading
The DDB approved a FY 2026–27 operating budget totaling $1,513,438 (including a $406,214 CRA increment transfer); the operating budget excluding transfers is $1,107,224, with $523,809 in property tax revenue and $567,915 from unassigned balance.

The Downtown Development Board voted unanimously to approve its FY 2026–27 operating budget on first reading. Brian Ulbrich, CRA coordinator, said the proposed total budget is $1,513,438, which includes a $406,214 CRA increment transfer; excluding offsetting transfers, the operating budget is $1,107,224.
