Quay County Finance Director Samantha Salas asked the board to approve three budgetary increases in the Aug. 24 meeting. The Commission approved Resolution No. 56 (Detention Center), Resolution No. 57 (DWI Fund) and Resolution No. 58 (Juvenile). Each motion was moved and seconded and carried with unanimous "aye" votes from Chairwoman Jerri Rush and Commissioners Brian Fortner and Dallas Dowell.
