Mayor Allen Sanderson opened a public hearing on the proposed Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program and City Manager Sean Pate provided a brief overview of the program’s purpose and voluntary nature. “I believe this is a great program and participation is voluntary,” Mayor Sanderson said during the hearing, and no members of the public offered comment.
