County facilities staff gave the board a detailed update on the new courthouse construction and urged planning for the office move. The presenter said the "first floor has got quite a bit of drywall up right now and it's you can see the rooms now a lot better," and noted the second floor has studs up and the third floor layout exists though walls are not yet installed. HVAC ductwork is ongoing and fire-suppression piping is being tested by air pressure.
