Board adopts utility-billing adjustment policy to align with PSC rules

Clerk Michelle Atterbury presented a revised utility-billing adjustment policy after reviewing past practices and PSC rules. The new policy clarifies that adjustments are permitted only for water that demonstrably does not enter the sewer treatment plant; adjustments for leaky toilets are not permissible because such water still enters the sewer system and must be treated. The Board approved Resolution No. 2026-04 to adopt the policy.
