Neighbors press commission on water, traffic and contamination as Peekskill developer seeks final site-plan approval for 24‑unit Frost Lane project
Developers of Peakskill Views LLC told the planning commission they reduced the 1130 Frost Lane plan to 24 units and preserved about 8.5 acres; residents pushed back, citing groundwater, a nearby 20‑inch water main, traffic and possible pesticide contamination. The commission continued the public hearing to Oct. 15 to get more studies and a site visit.
