The committee approved moving a three-year joint funding agreement with the U.S. Department of the Interior to the council. Service Director Chris Ludlow said the agreement continues a recurring arrangement established during Great Lakes water-management planning and covers the operation and maintenance of several streamflow gauges from 10/01/2026 through 09/30/2029.
