Commission denies proposed Secondary Dwelling text amendment and adopts International Code-based minimum dwelling size
After extensive public comment, the Commission rejected a proposed Title XI amendment to allow secondary dwelling units (substitute motion to deny passed 7–3) and separately adopted an amendment to minimum dwelling unit size to align with the International Property Maintenance Code (ordinance 26-08-68, unanimous).
