The planning commission reviewed the consent agenda and voted to approve minutes for the listed meetings after a commissioner noted a name transcription error. One commissioner moved to approve the June 24 minutes with the requested correction (change a name to 'Wolf'); another seconded and roll call approval was taken. The commission then proceeded to the first substantive agenda item.
