County project director: panels, pods and utilities on track as site issues resolved
Ron Warner, the projects' director, told the advisory board peer issues were resolved, utilities are about 85% complete, wall panels will start being installed in late October or Nov. 1, and pods are expected in late January.

Ron Warner, who introduced himself to the board as "director of both projects, BCC and ADC," said the teams resolved prior peer/site issues and are back on schedule. Warner reported utilities are approximately "85 done" and said wall panels are expected to start at the end of October or on Nov. 1.
