Contractor reports Behavioral Care Center on track for mid-December substantial completion

Gianni Romero, project manager with LinkCo, updated the Citizens Bond Oversight Advisory Board that the Behavioral Care Center (BCC) is "tracking for mid December of this year" for substantial completion, with a few FF&E items bleeding into the first months of 2027 that should not affect the temporary certificate of occupancy.
