The planning board reviewed and adopted a final scoping document for the Infinity Hills Estate environmental review. Staff told the board the scoping booklet outlines topics the forthcoming environmental impact documents will address and that the applicant requested specific language changes; the board adopted the document to preserve those changes and to keep the SEQRA process on schedule.
