The Anderson-Shiro CISD Board approved the district's 2026–2027 Compensation Plan on Aug. 3, 2026. The plan, approved on a 7–0 vote, included a daily rate increase of $5.347 for teachers and administrators and an hourly increase of 0.6684 for manual trades and clerical staff. Trustee Darren Derrett made the motion, and Trustee Brandon Novosad seconded.
