The Zoning Board approved an application to remove an existing brick and concrete front stoop at 70 Longcroft Road and install a composite deck of the same dimensions. Applicant Scott Ledoux told the board the work replaces existing material in the same footprint and is intended to improve durability; the board discussed whether the work constituted repair or replacement and agreed replacing the stoop warranted a variance for the existing nonconforming condition.
