BME Associates presented plans for a roughly 2,385-square-foot Chipotle at 525 Titus Avenue in Irondequoit Plaza and requested front and rear setback variances. Ryan Destro said the parcel would provide 17 on-site spaces and a reciprocal parking/access agreement with adjacent parcels would make additional spaces available; he described the restaurant as a ‘fast-casual’ pick-up model that reduces traditional drive-through parking demand.
