At the end of the session the chair closed the hearing record on application 26-014v and told the applicants a decision and order will be forthcoming; no vote or immediate ruling was made.

After hearing applicant testimony and asking questions on the five required findings, the chair determined the hearing record had been held and closed. The chair told Mr. and Mrs. Watkins "the record will be closed and a decision and order will be forthcoming." The applicants acknowledged the statement and had no further testimony.
