Ari Lattanzi of the Two Rivers‑Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC) joined remotely to review priorities and proposed actions for the Town's 2026 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP). Lattanzi outlined how actions were evaluated by priority, estimated cost and capacity for implementation; the Selectboard reviewed the draft and discussed which actions to include.
