Staff ends Parkview negotiations after terms, liability concerns
County staff told the advisory board that due diligence with Parkview failed to reach acceptable terms and the county will not proceed under the current proposal; staff said certain requested county responsibilities raised liability concerns.

Staff reported that negotiations with Parkview could not produce mutually acceptable terms and conditions, so the county will not move forward with that proposal unless new terms are negotiated. "We were not able to come through with terms and conditions to move forward," staff said, noting that the requested responsibilities for the county raised potential liability issues.
