The Watonwan County Human Services Board voted unanimously on May 20 to approve the end of probation and move Eligibility Worker Heidi Oanes to permanent status. Commissioner Jim Bransted moved the action and Commissioner Jim Pettersen seconded; the motion passed without recorded opposition.
