Forks Township supervisor warns state bills could limit local land-use control
Supervisor Ty Corallo told the Aug. 20 work session that state legislation under consideration or signed by the governor would preempt local rules on accessory dwelling units and set statewide standards for solar-farm decommissioning, and he urged residents to contact state lawmakers.
