The board approved several certificates for mechanical equipment installations after applicants presented mockups, decibel ratings and proposed mounting locations. For 64 Pioneer the presenter cited decibel ratings of 53 dB (heating) and 52 dB (cooling) and said units would be located away from Pioneer Street; the board asked for clearer elevation photos, conduit routing and finish details. Similar approvals were granted for units at 88 Lake Street and 23 Eagle after members discussed routing to limit visibility and recommended, but did not always require, screening.
