Plan commission tables Sellers’ request to use North Dayhoff Drive for new parcel access

The Morgan County Plan Commission on Sept. 14 tabled a waiver request from Kayla and Brandon Sellers that would permit a new 3-acre parcel to use an existing private gravel lane, North Dayhoff Drive, for access. Planning staff described the request as a discretionary waiver under the subdivision-control portions of the county’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and told the commission the lane predates current requirements.
