Ahead of a joint session with the Town Council scheduled for Sept. 15 at 4:00 p.m., the commission planned a concise presentation strategy. Members agreed to use the red-lined working document and printed parcel maps rather than a complex PowerPoint, with Brian Whitney designated to present the red-lines and another commissioner to present maps.
