The Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners voted to continue action on an on-site wastewater treatment matter for the property owned by Nancy Phillips at 9506 Road 29.1 in Cortez, giving the owner 45 days to secure an engineer and a contractor and move forward with septic installation.
