The Pine River‑Backus School Board voted to set Monday, Jan. 5, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. for its reorganization meeting; the regular monthly meeting will begin immediately after the reorganization session. The motion was made by David Sheley and seconded by Carrie Maurer‑Ackerman and passed unanimously.
