A committee member proposed the group "use that same process" for reviewing applications for three vacancies whose terms expire in December. The chair called for a motion; members moved and seconded and the motion passed with unanimous support. The group also agreed the county commission would advertise openings in October with a 30‑day window and collect applications for review ahead of the November meeting.
