Interim Public Works Director Roman Vazquez updated the City Council on the Water Line Relocation Project, reporting that 1-inch service lines will be replaced with 6-inch mains and that the relocation was required to accommodate a meter move. He said miscommunication between City Engineer Darryl Anderson, the Oregon Department of Transportation and Rocky Mountain Construction contributed to billing and schedule disputes. The council was told the projected construction cost is $190,000.00.
