Town Manager Gonzalez updated the council on takeaways from recent Main Street Cocoa conferences, praised the Lions Club 4th of July event and announced the Citizens of the Year. Mayor Scott echoed the conference notes, complimented a canvas mural honoring Marsha Strange and said the budget is in progress.
