District reports energy-efficiency upgrades complete and baseball field work underway

Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services and Operations Dr. Brant Perry updated the Board on facility projects and energy initiatives Nov. 12. He said Phase 1 with Ideal Impact Energy Services is complete, including smart control installations and HVAC optimization across district facilities covering 264 units, and the district is now in Phase 2 focusing on controls fine-tuning and staff training.
